Leadership Development

One of the ways the Seaside Chapter fosters the mother-daughter relationship is through leadership development. As our Chapter grows and learns together, we strive to make an impact on our community by teaching our daughters the value of giving back.

Patronesses are required to hold leadership positions to ensure the success of the Chapter and to provide mentorship and role modeling for the Ticktockers. The NCL Six Year Experience requires Ticktockers to hold leadership positions. It provides opportunities to build self-confidence through organizing grade level meetings, planning events, public speaking and cultural appreciation.
